One of, if not the most, popular and easily recognizable silhouettes from Nike Training is the Nike Air Trainer Huarache. Although there are countless styles also reside near the top of that list, the Huarache design was one that seems to turn heads of even those people that aren’t into sneakers.
With the recent return of another model from Nike Training, the Air Griffey Max II, it may come as no surprise that something else that is commonly associated with Nike Training will be returning for the spring. The always-popular Fresh Water color that has made its way onto everything from the Griffey signature line to the Air Max 95 will be returning to the Air Trainer Huarache later this month.

The Zoom Hyperfuse from Nike Basketball seems to have taken over much of the recent Sneaker Watch and NCAA Watch coverage, which shouldn’t come as any surprise since it scored very well in the Zoom Hyperfuse Performance Review.
The ultra-lightweight and breathable Hyperfuse recently got a little lighter thanks to a new low-cut design. Next month we will see a handful of new colorways of the Zoom Air-equipped basketball shoe. Each of these bright spring colorways features the always popular translucent outsole. The tonal colorways feature matching laces and are offset nicely with a white Nike Swoosh on each of the side panels.

In recent years, low-cut basketball shoes have become more and more popular, so it’s no surprise that later this spring, Nike Basketball will unveil the Nike Air Max 360 BB Low, which will continue the trend. Now we all know when summertime rolls around, you gotta run out get you a short set for obvious reasons. Judging from the upcoming colorways of the Air Max 360 BB, there will be plenty of ballers hitting the courts in these.
The Air Max 360 BB features detailing that is reminiscent of last year’s Air Max LeBron VII. The overall shape of the silhouette, the Air Max 360 unit, and the Flywire side panel all add familiar elements to the Air Max 360 BB, while details like the TPU heel counter and varsity colors have more of a Hyperdunk type of feel that give the Air Max 360 BB a team shoe type of feel.
This week’s wallpaper gives us another look at the upcoming Nike Air Max 360 BB.

When it comes to performance, light weight is always one of the most important aspects of nearly anything. The adidas adiZero line has done about as good of a job addressing this in the past couple of years as anyone could, especially when it comes to cleated footwear. Take, for example, the adidas adiZero F50 we saw throughout the World Cup, the adiZero Diamond King baseball cleat, or the adiZero Scorch football cleat. Each pushed the limits of what was thought to be possible for how low you can go when it comes to the weight of your cleats.
Most recently, we got a glimpse at the adiZero 5 Star as it was introduced to players at the All American Bowl. The players’ reactions said it all. These are light.
As the lightest football cleat ever created, at 6.9 ounces, the adidas adiZero 5 Star will set the pace for football cleats. Later this spring, as it becomes time to prepare for next season, Eastbay will have a number of exclusive colorways available. One colorway that seems to outshine the rest is this limited edition Metallic Gold and Black colorway of the adiZero 5 Star.
Look for the adiZero 5 Star to be available in April at Eastbay.

We gave you a sneak peek at one of the upcoming colorways of the adidas adiZero Rose 1.5 last month and even a look at the PureMotion Pods technology in our Eastbay Photo of the Week. This week’s wallpaper features another colorway of the upcoming Derrick Rose signature model that has yet to be seen. This White and Light Grey colorway is highlighted by one of the most popular features to find its way on to sneakers, the translucent sole.
Be on the lookout for this colorway to arrive at Eastbay next spring.
