Under Armour Football continues to simultaneously raise the bar and lower the weight of their football cleats. The first arrival for the upcoming season, the Under Armour Nitro III Low, tips the scales at just 9.9 ounces. At just 0.3 tenths of an ounce less than the Under Armour Blur II, the Nitro Low returns for its third campaign just a hair under the weight of its predecessor.
The UA Nitro III Low utilizes a one-piece synthetic upper to keep weight at a minimum. It features a molded TPU plate and translucent outsole that houses the cleat studs, as well as additional secondary studs that follow the “spine” of the outsole for additional traction. UA’s Formulate proprietary footbed not only forms to your foot, but also provides comfort and disperses pressure from the studs below. Ten colorways of the Under Armour Nitro III Low are now available, so you can get the right team colorway to match your gear for the upcoming season.
