The Brooks Pure Cadence fuses lean construction with a responsive fit. For guidance-to-support runners, this running shoe offers increased support through streamlined features such as a wider Nav Band that locks into the lateral strike pod. The foot is secured by a reinforced heel counter, while the internal Progressive Diagonal Roll Bar helps prevent overpronation.

To tune cushion and response based on the needs of each runner, BioMoGo DNA earth-friendly midsole technology has been blended with Brooks DNA smart cushioning. The IDEAL inverted heel moves contacts forward, aligning the joints and creating optimal energy return.
