Earlier this year we previewed the Nike Lunar Max+, Nike’s latest running shoe to receive a combination of the company’s most famous cushioning technologies. The Lunar Max+ is definitely unique in that it combines a visible Air Max unit integrated into the Lunar Foam midsole.
While our first look at this new style only showed the Dark Grey and Sport Red colorway, a handful of additional colorways are now available. Popular Nike colors like Photo Blue and Varsity Royal accents are in the mix, as is a straightforward black with grey and white accent version.

Two of Nike’s renowned cushioning technologies make their way onto this upcoming release, appropriately named the Nike Lunar Max+.
The Lunar Max+ features both a Lunar Foam sole and an Max Air unit in the heel. In addition, this runner also includes Flywire technology throughout the side panels of the upper to keep weight to a minimum. Nike+ technology is also included, so you can track your mileage and performance as well.
The first colorway features Dark Grey and Sport Red accents. However, a handful of other colorways will release later this year.
Expect these to be available at Eastbay in early October.
