Nike unleashes a collection of training shoes inspired by the instincts that animals are forced to rely on in the wild. Their signature traits help them find food, escape predators and adapt to their ever-changing environments.
Relying on brute strength to overpower his opponent and stifle the momentum of an ongoing drive, the line back trains as the anaconda in the Fingertrap Max NRG. Like the leopard, a cornerback uses his speed to track down any opponent, quickly and proficiently in the Zoom Speed Trainer NRG. Lastly, a safety uses vision, speed and smarts to move throughout the field with the finesse of a zebra in the Free Trainer 5.0.

With Super Bowl XLVIII less than a month away, Nike training introduces its ‘Silver Speed’ Collection, which will be worn by Nike athletes during Super Bowl Media Day.
The pack consists of the Free Trainer 3.0, Free Trainer 5.0 and Free Trainer 7.0, each decked out in metallic silver with black and volt accents. Shoes are equipped with Nike’s top training performance technology and feature Super Bowl logo graphics for an official connection.

Adding to another great week here at Eastbay, today brings us our first shot at this all new colorway of the innovative Free Trainer 5.0 by Nike.
The recently introduced Nike Training shoes utilize some of Nike’s latest innovations to help us peak our performance, working with a no-sew Adaptive Fit upper and a Nike FREE Flex tooling below.
