Some colorways seem to give a nod to the past without sharing even a color combination or silhouette. The latest colorway of the Nike Air Max TR1+ or Air Max Trainer 1+ isn’t necessarily a tennis shoe, nor is its design intentions, but the color combination of Volt and Varsity Royal accents stirs up memories of Andre Agassi and Rafael Nadal. While neither player will likely set foot on the court wearing this sneaker, the bright colors are a combo that could easily fit with the style of these great athletes.

The Air Max Trainer 1 features a full 360 degree Air Sole for one of the most comfortably cushioned rides imaginable. It remains lightweight thanks to the use of Flywire infused side panels. A forefoot strap provides extra lockdown if you’re in need of performance, and the vibrant color combination is perfect for turning heads this summer.
