Mizuno Swift 5: The heavy-hitting Mizuno Swift is back for round 5. This cleat has been a go-to in the fastpitch world and continues getting better and more innovative with each iteration. Made for the serious high-profile competitor, the Swift 5 delivers exceptional traction and comfort. It’s built on a 9-spike platform that flexes where you need enhanced movement but remains sturdy for optimal support. The bottom is even engineered with a texture that repels dirt build-up. While the outsole delivers the performance, the midsole and upper give you comfort for long games and durability to last for many seasons to come.
New Balance Fuse1: Get ready — the sleek and powerful New Balance Fuse1 is about to dominate the field this season. This beautifully designed cleat is specifically built for fastpitch performance. It’s flexible and supportive with precise traction for bursts of speed and quick turns. Reinforced rubber around the toe allows the cleat to withstand abuse from the dirt game after game so you can stay aggressive.
Nike Hyperdiamond 2 Pro: The low-profile Nike Hyperdiamond 2 Pro is the perfect cleat for players who prefer the freedom of unrestricted ankle movement for a quick, agile style of play. The Lunarlon midsole spreads out the shock of impact so you feel less cleat pressure and can make better cuts and stops. This powerful and lightweight cleat will push you to the plate with speed you have yet to feel on the diamond.
Mizuno Sweep 3 Advanced: The Mizuno Sweep 3 Advanced is your ideal platform for executing masterful technique on your pitches. Its reinforced toe protector is enhanced at precise points around the toe box where you drag your back foot. This protects the upper from the grind across the dirt as you drive off the mound.
Flip Through By Position
All of the following gloves are specifically crafted to meet the demands of fastpitch. They’re designed around the female hand for ultimate performance.
Picking the right fastpitch bat can be a chore. There are so many to consider…. Do you want a one-piece or two-piece bat? End loaded or balanced? Composite or alloy barrel? It can be a lot to take in. But we’re here to help.
Let’s start by breaking down some of these distinctions:
One-Piece vs. Two-Piece Bats: While one-piece bats are just one solid chunk of metal all the way through, two-piece bats are actually two separate materials held together by a connector. You’ll get stiffer swings out of one-piece bats which lead to consistency and reliability. But if you want more flex and less vibration, two-piece bats are the better options.
End-Loaded vs. Balanced: Your bat’s weight distribution can make a huge difference in your swings. If your bat is balanced, its weight will be evenly distributed and you will get quicker bat speed. End loaded bats are slower, but provide more power thanks to the added weight to the end of the barrel.
Composite vs. Alloy Barrels: Alloy, or aluminum, gives you reliable, consistent bat and ball speed at the point of contact, while composite takes time to break in, but flexes more so that you can get more power on hits. Composite bats also provide a faster bat speed than their aluminum counterparts.
Weight Distribution: The ‘drop’ a bat has is all about giving hitters a lighter bat while still getting proper length. It is calculated by taking:
Length- Drop= Weight
For example, a 32-inch bat with a -9 ‘drop’ would weigh in at 23 oz. while a 32-inch bat with a -10 ‘drop’ would be 22 oz.
-8, -9 and endloaded bats give you more power with each swing due to extra weight.
-10 and -11 are for hitters with quicker bat speeds and looking to get on base everytime.
Some all-new fastpitch gear has just arrived and elite players better take notice: these are some game-changers. Let’s break down some of this season’s hottest products.
Under Armour Glyde
The first thing you’ll probably look for is your cleats, and we can’t recommend the Under Armour Glyde highly enough. With metal and molded options available, these cleats feature a UA Spine chasis for long-lasting comfort and a synthetic upper for added durability and breathability. Once you lace them up, you’ll never want to take them off.
DeMarini CF9 Fastpitch Bat
When it comes to fastpitch bats, everyone wants as much power as possible, and few bats pack as much of a punch as the DeMarini CF9. A Paraflex Composite Barrel consisting of strong carbon fibers adds more pop to every swing. A D-Fusion 2.0 Handle redirects the energy you make during contact back into the barrel for less sting and vibration.
Easton ZF7 VRS Hyperskin Fastpitch Batting Gloves
But before you swing away, make sure that your hands have the perfect grip, support, and protection with the Easton ZF7 VRS Hyperskin Gloves. A Goatskin Palm gives you full control over your at-bats, while VRS palm padding helps reduce vibrations and blisters.
Nike Breakout Batting Helmet
It may not be the coolest fastpitch gear to talk about, but the helmet is the most important. There are great options out there and the Nike Breakout leads the pack. Its streamlined ABS molded shell is lightweight and durable while its dual-density foam pad system ensures that you stay protected all game long.
Mizuno MVP Prime GMVP1200PF2 Fastpitch Glove

The Mizuno DXS2 helps keep your ankles safe from injury so that you can dominate on the court all season long.
The GEL-Tactic shoe provides great stability and plush comfort on the court so that you can be at your best in any situation. The shoe provides a great fit, lasting durability, good traction, and lightweight flexibility.

adidas Energy Volley Boost 2
Rise above the net and dominate the match with the adidas Energy Volley Boost 2 that focuses on giving your game a boost. The full-length Boost foam midsole provides great energy return, allowing you to get off the floor quickly for blocks and kills.
