A new colorway from éS Footwear of the éS Theory 1.5 is about to begin shipping. The Justin Eldridge pro model features System G2 cushioning in the heel for support in those hard landings as well as a vulcanized sole for superior board control and an in-touch feel while connected to the grip tape. This particular colorway features an all-purple upper made of suede. The white sole is accented with a single red pinstripe that circles completely around and ties nicely to the white and red exaggerated lace hole grommets. Add in details like the removable midfoot strap and the stash pocket, and you’re ready to hit the road.

In 1995, éS Footwear began with some of the most memorable names in skateboarding on their roster. Skaters such as Tom Penny, right around the time of his legendary Radlands win, and Eric Koston, who along with Sal Barbier received their first pro model signature shoes while on the éS team. Other notable team riders over their 15-year history include Bob Burnquist, Chad Muska, P.J. Ladd, Mikey Taylor, Arto Saari, Rick McCrank, Justin Eldridge and Paul Rodriguez. The names that have helped develop the footwear that éS has grown to produce today are basically like a list of future hall-of-famers for skateboarding.
The company has come a long way since those days, but never lost sight of their skateboarding roots, and with this year being their 15th anniversary they’ve decided to celebrate. éS has created a hybrid skate shoe that combines some of their most unforgettable creations over the last 15 years. The Saga pays homage to the team riders of éS Skateboarding from past to present with details from pro models like the Koston, Muska and many more.
