This season of the World Rally Championships has been a challenging one for co-founder the of DC Shoes, Ken Block. With only 2 rallies remaining this year, it’s unsure if Block and his Monster World Rally Team will be able to score any points this season. He did however have a solid outing in France finishing 12th and receiving the “Spirit of the Rally” award as well. As the only American to field a team in recent years, and with help of over 50 million view to his Gymkhana viral video series, Block still remains the “golden child” for American Rally fans.

Ken Block’s latest signature model from DC Shoes features his iconic skull logo designed by Huck Gee on the ankle. Block’s car number 43 is used in an all-over print on accenting panels and the black and neon green found on his Ford Focus are the same colors found on the Spartan High. The latest colorway of the Block Spartan High comes with perfect timing as the Rally de España takes place this coming weekend in Spain.

DC Shoes founder, Ken Block, has always had a knack for pushing the limits. Whether it be jumping his car, or drifting within inches of the wall, there’s no denying he’s a thrill-seeker. This year Block will take things to another level by becoming the first American driver to campaign in the World Rally Championship as part of a multi-year program. Of course, it only makes sense that Ken will have the sponsorship and a signature shoe from DC Shoes.

The DC Shoes Block Spartan Hi comes in a black, white and lime green colorway that matches the paint scheme of his Monster World Rally Team 2011 Ford Fiesta. The paint drip graphics from the car transfer onto the shoe in the form of the DC Shoes name that seems to have been painted on the side panel. A perforated soft leather and suede combine with a cup sole to make a comfortable shoe you can skate in, ride in, or just show your support for the 2010 Monster World Rally Team.
