The gap between today’s performance models and yesterday’s classics is bridged with the new adidas “93 Pack.” The pack revisits Antoine Walker’s Real Deal from 1997 and Tracy McGrady’s TMAC 1 signature shoe, while also highlighting two of today’s top performers in the Crazy Light 2 and Crazy Fast.
All shoes are styled in Joy Blue with black, orange and yellow accents. 90s-inspired graffiti prints, splatter and speckles give each shoe a throwback look.
The Real Deal is a part of adidas’ famed “Feet You Wear” range that was based on natural motion, while the TMAC 1 represents the brand’s aerodynamic speed initiative from the early 2000s. Speed is the name of the game with the Crazy Fast and the Crazy Light 2 is the lightest basketball shoe ever.
Fresh for the warmer weather, these “93 Pack” styles are available here now.

After suffering a season-ending torn left ACL injury last March, Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Ricky Rubio returned to the court this season wearing a new brand.
Officially announced in October, Rubio signed a multi-year endorsement deal with adidas Basketball, a brand intrigued by Ricky’s flashy skillset and international appeal. The deal called for Rubio to be involved in product development and marketing initiatives, a little bit of both seen here in this adizero Crazy Light 2 PE release.
Worn by Rubio in some of Minnesota’s road games, this Crazy Light 2 is black-based with Capital Blue working the laces, SprintFrame heel counter and midsole. Metallic Silver also helps along the inner lining, 3-Stripe borders, adizero pinline and outsole. For an added touch of personalization, Rubio’s name and signature have been etched into the heel tab.
At just 9.5 ounces, the Crazy Light 2 is the lightest basketball shoe on the market. It features a triple-layered SprintWeb build that is fused to a nylon textile base. Rubio fans can pick up these limited Player Edition adidas basketball shoes here today.

In celebration of Chinese New Year, adidas Basketball introduces a new footwear collection paying homage to the “Year of the Snake.” The three-shoe pack includes the Rose 3.5, Tracy McGrady’s TMAC 1 and the adizero Crazy Light 2.
The “Year of the Snake” Rose 3.5 features a black synthetic SprintWeb upper with a textured scale pattern to represent a snake’s detailed skin. SprintFrame is done in chrome and metallic gold hits help the shoe stand out on the court.
With Tracy McGrady currently playing for the CBA’s Qingdao Eagles, the TMAC 1 is an appropriate selection for the collection. The “Year of the Snake” TMAC 1 has a metallic upper and perforated toebox for an eye-catching look.
Lastly, the lightweight adizero Crazy Light 2 sports a scaled upper and shades of gold and turquoise. SprintWeb and SprintFrame enhance performance.
All three of these celebratory adidas basketball shoes are available now.

This holiday season, adidas Basketball pays homage to the basketball meccas of New York City, Chicago and Los Angeles with the “Bright Lights, Big City” Pack. The pack features special colorways of the adizero Crazy Light 2 and Top Ten 2000, each model splashed with amplified colors and reflective materials to stand out.
A throwback to 90s fashion, the Top Ten 2000 comes equipped with exaggerated features like an extended herringbone outsole and a wave-shaped EVA molding design. Giving the shoe a distinct retro feel is the combination of nubuck, elastic and a raised synthetic leather 3-Stripe “wave” and Feet You Wear technology.
Launched earlier this year, the Crazy Light 2 is the lightest basketball shoe ever created at 9.5 ounces. Aerodynamic 3-layer SprintWeb provides vertical and horizontal strength, while an enlarged SprintFrame maximizes support, energy return and motion control.
The “Bright Lights, Big City” Crazy Light 2 and Top Ten 2000 colorways are available now.
