Since the release of the “Cool Grey” Air Jordan XI in 2001, grey-based Jordan shoes have arguably been the most popular drops of each year. The “Wolf Grey” Air Jordan Retro 5 that released back in May is probably the best non-original Jordan colorway we’ve seen release in years, but another heavy-hitter is due out tonight.
The Air Jordan Retro 3 dropped in a graphite and silver make-up back in 2007 that has been dubbed “Cool Grey,” but it’s tonight’s “Stealth” Retro 3 release that really has people talking. Accented by varsity red and black, the new retro evokes classic MJ Bulls style, while bringing an all-new look to the Jordan III series.
In celebration of tonight’s “Stealth” Air Jordan Retro 3 release, Sole Shots is showcasing photography of some of the best grey-based Air Jordans from years past. Let us know what you think about the photos and head over to the Air Jordan Retro 3 landing page for the always-popular countdown clock.
