Wednesday Dwight Howard and his signature shoe, the adidas TS Beast, seemed to prove (one of) the big man’s nicknames as true against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Dwight’s “beast-like” performance filled the stat sheet this week with 18 points, 16 rebounds, and 8 blocked shots so we figured it would only be appropriate that he got top billing in the latest edition of Sneaker Watch.
There were plenty of other highlights around the league in the past few days though. Seeing Blake Griffin lead the Clippers to their first victory of the season with 18 points and 9 rebounds had to of made plenty of Los Angeles fans with hope for the young team that seems to be preparing to emerge in the Pacific Division.
J-Will, Q-Rich, and Kevin Durant also made the latest Sneaker Watch, however the highlight of the week, and possibly of the year however was an amazing dunk from the Chicago Bulls Derrick Rose. Check it out below.
