The latest release from the Nike Zoom Kobe VII “Predator Pack” is inspired by the Gray Wolf, the largest extant member of the dog family of mammals. Gray Wolves are described as apex predators, meaning that they are predators with no true predators of their own. They’re deliberately aggressive and extremely territorial, defending their territories in packs using scents and direct attacks. Linking Kobe’s on-court prowess to these assertive animals is the “Wolf” Kobe VII, which we have a closer look at for you today.

Naturally, Wolf Grey is used on the shoe’s polyurethane shell upper, which provides durability and performance fit. Total Orange accents the Shozoku, Swoosh logos and heel Kobe signature, while grey textile lines the interior. A howling wolf logo on the heel designates the shoe’s place in the pack. Black works the external heel counter and midsole, leaving a predominantly white rubber outsole to finish off the look below.
