The upcoming professional basketball season for the NBA is still in question due to the current lockout but, thankfully, for sneaker aficionados and amateur hoopers, basketball shoes will continue on with or without the pros. Nike Basketball has redesigned the popular Zoom Hyperfuse as a new 2011 edition.
The Nike Zoom Hyperfuse 2011 uses Fuse technology to create a breathable and lightweight upper, combined with Zoom Air cushioning and a phylon midsole, to create a responsive and performance packed shoe. A solid rubber outsole provides durability, while the herringbone traction pattern and forefoot outrigger handle traction duties for those quick cuts to the basket. This particular colorway comes in an “Iguana” finish with Max Orange detailing that gives it a militaristic feel.
If I was going to buy a shoe in this cw I would just get the AJIX’s or those LeBron soldiers.
One of the most unique colors for the hypefuse. Unsure if I like but glad they are pushing the boundaries.
I would only rock these kicks on the court, so they not a really a fasion statement for me… i like the colorway though
JOHNNY JUSTICE… new mixtape sooon!!!
this colorway they are doing now is horrendous. army green, beige and certain oranges work really well together; this isn’t close. not sure how they get so far off from what is aesthetically appealing. who the heck is working for nike these days? they would be better off hiring children from their sweatshops to do their “designing”
