We first saw the Nike Air Max Diamond Elite Fly in exclusive colorways for the 2010 All Star Game participants in the MLB Boom Pack. Then we saw a customized version on the feet of Brian Wilson after the league fined him for the bright orange colorway, and Manny Ramirez showed up with them in a recent MLB Watch.
Finally, though, the Nike Air Max Diamond Elite Fly is now available to everyone. It even looks like these colorways should be safe to use in just about any league you play in. With a smooth toe piece, patent leather and a Max Air unit in the heel, the Air Max Diamond Elite Fly could arguably be one of the most aesthetically pleasing cleat designs to come from Nike.

I really like these spikes. I hope nike makes a solid molded version of the cleat as well. Its hard to find a good cleat in molded these days and us old man softball players can’t wear metal cleats.
