After being inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame earlier this month, it’s only right that Deion Sanders’ old signature shoes make a return to retail in some fresh looks for the remainder of summer. Last week, a clean “Freshwater” colorway reminiscent of another original Nike Training athlete made its way to Eastbay. Today, another new style has arrived, evoking memories of the days Prime Time was high-stepping in the Peach State as a young superstar.
The newest Air Diamond Turf, which is similar to the original colorway that re-released last year, features a black and red nubuck upper with white working the strap foundation, heel and inner lining. The top of the strap is done in Varsity Red and sports black Nike Swoosh branding. The Diamond Turf 2010 is embossed on the tongue badge, referring to last year’s re-release when the tongue was slightly modified. All three associated colors take care of the midsole and outsole to finish off the look below.
