The Arizona Diamondbacks
were one of the worst teams in Major League Baseball last season. This season, it looked as if they were on the same pace as last, until recently that is. The Diamondbacks have been one of the hottest teams in the league over the last couple of weeks and have taken the National League West by storm. Outfielders Justin Upton and Chris Young have led Arizona to an 8-2 record over their last ten games, including a seven game winning streak.
Over the weekend, in honor of Memorial Day, teams unveiled this year’s Stars and Stripes New Era fitted hats
. This year’s version is similar to last year’s in that it uses two versions, a blue based, and a red based colorway. However, where last year’s was predominately white throughout the top, this year’s version matches the bill color on the back panels. Check them out in action below in the latest MLB Watch
