In the 25 years of the Jordan line’s existence, no shoe sporting the Jumpman (or Wings!) logo has made use of full-length Max Air for impact support – until now. Arriving at Eastbay this fall is the Jordan Take Flight, a high-cut performance shoe that features a lightweight build, lockdown fit and enhanced traction outsole in addition to full-length Max Air. Several different colorways of the new Jordan model will be releasing, including the pair we’ll show you here today.
What has always made shoes from the Jordan Brand stand out amongst their peers is the combination of performance and sleek style. The Take Flight is the latest Jordan shoe to hold to that tradition. Perforated white leather works in tandem with white-stitched stealth grey nubuck on the upper. Beneath, a darker shade of grey nubuck wraps around the base of the shoe, sitting above a tonal midsole. Matching the upper lace eyelets and Jordan Branding on the tongue, toe and heel is the Max Air unit, dressed in a nice varsity royal blue. The word “JORDAN” and number “23” are displayed on the side of the Air unit, which is supported by an enhanced white rubber outsole.
This colorway of the Take Flight will release this Wednesday, October 6th here at Eastbay.
