Building on the Trainer 1 that was launched in 2009, Nike Training has one upped themselves once again with this year’s updated Trainer 1.2+. The Trainer 1 itself is a great platform to start from, but the 1.2+ receives a forefoot strap for increased lockdown that wasn’t available on the previous model. The Max Air Unit in the heel, full length Phylon midsole and Flywire that combine for a lightweight and versatile shoe whether you using it in the weight room doing squats or on the field doing speed training drills. In order to increase traction and durability from the previous model, a waffle tread pattern has been added to the heel area. A slightly more prominent toe guard area also increases durability. The 1.2+ also comes prepared to handle your Nike+ system also, so you can track your workouts through your iPod.
In all the Trainer 1.2+ takes an already impressive training shoe, and makes it even better. Nike has included the popular White/Black/Volt/Grey combination as part of the initial colorways, as well as the two other colorways seen below.
Available for pre-order now: Nike Trainer 1.2+ Mid
I like these much better than the 2010s.
Not really feeling these. Even though i had Nike trainers before i never understood the strap and these look too much like hybrids
The strap’s for lateral support, and lockdown, especially on side-2-side drills, they really help keep your feet on the footbed.
Qndo teremos no Brasil??
