After seeing Foamposite technology influence an Air Force 1 release earlier in the year, the popular futuristic look has made its way to the Jordan Brand. Known as the Air Jordan 1 Anodized (aka Air Jordan 1 Armour), the shoe makes use of a foam shell on an Air Jordan 1 silhouette. Two colorways of this unique new Air Jordan 1 are available here at Eastbay.
First up is the very Bulls-friendly Varsity Red/Black colorway. Nicknamed the “Cranberries,” the shoe features a red foam shell, with black accenting the collar, inner liner and Wings logo. White is seen on the outer rim of the tongue, as well as the stitched branding tongue badge. Black returns for the midsole, which sits above a translucent outsole.
Available Now: Air Jordan 1 Anodized – Varsity Red/Black-White
The second available pair sports a metallic silver injection-molded foam shell, and gets help from white on the collar, liner, Wings logo and tongue patch on the upper. White also takes over at the midsole, which is once again supported by a translucent rubber outsole.
Available Now: Air Jordan 1 Anodized – Metallic Silver/White

Both look real nice, they seem like something decent for the winter but then the icy sole would get sorta ruined…
Loving the silver pair but never got the cash to buy em… gotta save up for the better releases.
just copped but wish the sole on the tin mans was still blue. what gives?
