A Look at the LeBron Soldier 11

Cleveland’s miraculous comeback in the 2016 NBA Finals will go down in basketball history as one of the most defining moments of LeBron James’ career. Similarly, the shoe he had on his feet during it, the LeBron Soldier 10, will go down as one of his most iconic and storied sneakers. With Cleveland down 0-2 in the series, LeBron put on a prototype version of the Soldier 10.

Cleveland won Game 3, the comeback was on, and the rest is history. Now, as LeBron aims to defend his title, the next iteration of the Soldier line is debuting. The LeBron Soldier 11 builds upon that legacy of its predecessor and will step into the spotlight as LeBron looks to capture another championship.

LeBron’s love of the Soldier line stems from the lighter, faster, sleeker, and stronger feeling he gets when he wears them. The new Soldier 11 is focused on continuing that high-performance functionality with a similar design to its predecessors, but updated to fit LeBron’s ever-changing game.

The LeBron Soldier 11 features Zoom Air cushioning in both the heel and forefoot to aid LeBron’s explosive style of play, while the four-strap lockdown system provides the necessary locked-in feel for the entire foot. Building upon previous models, the Soldier 11 added a fourth strap for an even greater lockdown, while also providing flexibility in the forefoot.

When titles are on the line, you need the best gear to help you get the job done. Equipped with the upgraded Soldier 11, LeBron continues his quest for yet another championship.

The next colorway of the LeBron Soldier 11 drops 6/3.
