Wednesday night in Washington, the Wizards and the Milwaukee Bucks faced each other in a matchup that put two of the future’s brightest point guards up against one another: John Wall and Brandon Jennings. The Wizards’ home court has been the only place they’ve been able to put up wins this season, and thanks to a big game from Wall, they were able to overcome a shortage of players to grab their 14th win of the season. John Wall had 15 points, six assists, seven rebounds, two steals and a block in his Reebok Zig Slash sneakers. For the Bucks, Brandon Jennings led the way in scoring with 20 points, but struggled from long distance, going just one-for-six. Jennings added four assists, five rebounds and three steals, but it wasn’t enough to keep up with Washington.

In other Sneaker Watch spottings from Wednesday, Gilbert Arenas once again grabbed attention for the Magic, this time hitting the court in the Under Armour Micro G Lite. Out in the Western Conference, it was rookie DeMarcus Cousins who broke out a pair of the Jordan Retro 2 that grabbed some looks. While Carmelo Anthony’s colorway of his signature Melo M7 has us wondering how long he’ll be wearing the University Blue accent colors.
