For the true bangers and grinders out there, Vox Footwear has made an assortment of new summer styles available here at Eastbay. Vox is a no frills upstart out of California that fuses skate, music and street lifestyle within their designs. They’ve assembled an all-star roster that includes names like Dan Drehobl, Pat Duffy, Justin Strubing, Ryan Smith, Ricky Oyola, Dave Bachinsky and Darren Navarrette. Adding modern twists to classic skate styles, Vox sneakers are equipped to handle today’s high impact riding.
Several Summer 2011 Vox styles are now available, including the Trooper Relief, Downlow and Crail. The Trooper Relief is a low-cost and low-cut offering constructed with buttery suede uppers and finished off with a vulcanized outsole. Simplicity is the name of the game with the Downlow, a low-profile skater with a streamlined design for a classic look and feel. Lastly we have the Crail, a classic mid-top offering that also features a suede build with vulcanized tooling. Each model is cushioned with an I.R.S. gel system and Shocksorb insoles for high impact performance.
