Reebok has seemingly found a nice groove with their Classics retro product releases, continuing with the returning Twilight Zone Pump, worn and endorsed by the “Human Highlight Reel” Dominique Wilkins in 1990. Fairly true to the original, this pair reintroduces a classic color scheme, featuring a white leather upper with neon yellow and black details throughout.
Beyond the Pump, the Twilight Zone featured another piece of innovation technology – the Energy Return System or ERS. The tubular cushioning element was responsive to pressure and worked along with the Pump system to create a snug, comfortable fit. As you can see, ERS is back again in 2012, leaving the latest version of the Twilight Zone Pump mostly unchanged.
