Fit for the NBA’s reigning back-to-back scoring champion, the new Nike Zoom KD IV has arrived in an all-new white-based look. The shoe is accented by black on the midfoot cross-strap, AdaptiveFit notation tab, KD’s logos on the tongue and heel and medial Swoosh branding. Cool Grey works the inner lining and midsole, which is finished off by a black rubber outsole.
Perhaps the most popular of Kevin Durant’s Nike basketball shoes to date, the Zoom KD IV is a low-cut model that features ultra-lightweight Hyperfuse construction. An adjustable midfoot cross-strap provides a secure feel, while a Phylon midsole with Zoom Air units ensure a comfortable ride. For traction, Nike Basketball designer Leo Chang worked on a re-designed “Thunderbolt”outsole, which is also symbolic of Durant’s Oklahoma City Thunder teammates.
