Throughout the 90′s, before the term ‘swag’ was a part of pop culture, there was Deion Sanders, who would probably had his picture next to the word in the dictionary if the term was ever included. For a guy that seemed to have as many nicknames as he did signature shoes, it’s no surprise his legacy is still being carried on by Nike.

The Nike Air Diamond Turf no longer carries Prime Time’s baseball and football jersey numbers on the tongue, but fans of the two-sport star will still recognize the shoe as one of his best signature models. Although this colorway featuring White, Black and Varsity Royal was never around when he was on the diamond or turf, you can imagine he might have been dancing his way into the end zone while with the Dallas Cowboys wearing it.

His signature shoes boasted “Look at me” , he really is the originator of swag, next to MJ that is.
