The Air Max running line is undoubtedly one of the most popular, not only amongst the Retro fans, but even up to the most current model, the Nike Air Max+ 2011. In fact, it’s probably safe to say that if it were a player’s signature line, it might be the most popular line of all time, considering the number of colorways and Retro models that have become a consistent part of Nike’s seasonal releases.
One of the most memorable and sought-after designs from the historic line is the Nike Air Max 95. The gradient colors strewn across the side of the shoe seem to have mesmerized both collectors and casual fans since its inception some 16 years ago. The latest version begins with a black base and steadily transforms into Medium Grey, then Neutral Grey, and is eventually topped off with Bright Mandarin lace loops. The classic Air Max 95 logo is also accented in the orange colorway, which also serves as the base color inside the Air Max cushioning that make the 95 so comfortable.
