Basketball shoes tend to carry design trends for a few years at a time, mixing and matching as improved technologies are created that, piece by piece, add up to new designs that are completely different from the designs just a handful of seasons back. When we first gave you a glimpse of the Nike Air Max 360 BB Low, many folks noticed the similarities of the shoe with the LeBron 7. Of course, when you add a 360-degree Max Air Unit to the sole of the design, it’s easy to see the similarities. However, just as the line of LeBron shoes progresses, taking pieces of the past and replacing them with new innovations throughout every design change, so does the Nike Basketball line.
The Nike Air Max 360 BB Low takes that easily recognizable Air Max midsole and adds new design elements. In addition to the Flywire-infused side paneling, the continuation of that same panel transforms into a Hyperfuse-like design over the toe box. Another familiar design cue comes in the form of the heel cap, which, with its similarities to the Hyperdunk, seems to proudly state that this shoe comes from Nike Basketball. This latest colorway comes in a very Dunkman-esque combination of White, Cool Grey and Electric Green.
