New Balance Minimus is a new approach to footwear that blends barefoot running with the traditional maximum-cushioned running shoe. The strategy was developed from Good Form Running and the shoes have been designed to be worn with or without socks. Neutral runners are the beneficiaries of a 4mm drop from heel to toe, a third of what you’d find on a traditional running shoe.
Inspired by the geometries of a molecule, the New Balance Minimus 3090 features Ionix technology, which strips away material from the midsole to create a lighter silhouette with a plush, underfoot feel with enhanced flexibility and comfort. As a result, you have a running shoe that tips the scales at less than 7 ounces, helping extend the length of your daily run.
The upper features welded seams and no-sew material application to reduce weight and prevent chafing. Synthetic materials and mesh provide lightweight support and comfort. An innovative REVlite midsole enables premium responsiveness and durability at a lighter weight than other foams with comparable performance.
A wide variety of men’s and women’s colorways of these New Balance running shoes are available now at Eastbay.

Nice design… very minimal…
this shoe has a very nice design , but then i feel so suffer with it in my marathon , and now my foot is pain , thus , i think the inner part design does not suit to our leg .
i have neutral arch but overpronating gait. can i run with this shoe? i have tried my vibram KSO for running and my shin doesn’t hurt anymore (i bought an NB neutral shoe coz i don’t know my gait before and i have shin splints all the time).
