Followers of the Chinese Zodiac know that late-January marked the latest phase of the cycle, the Year of the Dragon. To celebrate the Chinese New Year, New Balance crafted dragon-inspired versions of one of their most recognizable running silhouettes, the 574. The ‘Year of the Dragon Pack consists of three different colorways, each constructed with premium leather and treated to dragon graphics throughout the upper.

Colorways of the “Year of the Dragon” 574 include Yellow, Red and black-based styles. Metallic Gold accents each pair, appearing on the tongue badge, “N” branding, star-shaped upper eyelet and ENCAP midsole. Padded mesh works the tongue and runs along the collar, while solid black rubber outsoles support the ride below.
