Eastbay Photo of the Week // ASICS GEL-Noosa Tri 7

words // Brandon Richard

When you see the ASICS GEL-Noosa Tri 7, the first thing that jumps out to you is obviously the head-turning vivid color scheme. However, the shoe also packs a performance punch that makes it much more than a visually stunning offering from the running shoe company. The GEL-Noosa Tri 7 has been designed for quick transitions, maximum breathability and a lightweight, stable ride.

Tech features start off with the Impact Guidance System, a design philosophy that employs linked componentry to enhance the foot’s natural gait from heel strike to toe-off. There’s also a Guidance Line vertical flex groove that decouples the tooling along the line of progression for enhanced gait efficiency. Propulsion Trusstic mimics connective tissue in the foot by creating tension as foot enters propulsion stage. Supporting the ride below are different densities of Solyte lasting material in heel and forefoot for improved comfort.

The Photo of the Week captures the colorful ASICS running shoes in both men’s and women’s colorways. Multiple styles are available now at Eastbay.
