Few shoes are embedded into American heritage as the adidas Originals Superstar, so it’s fitting that the model is included in the brand’s recently released “Americana Pack.” For a summer-friendly wear, adidas decided on the Superstar Lite, which sheds weight off of the original classic silhouette through the use of a 40% lighter EVA midsole. Making these particular pairs extra breathable during warmer months are heavily perforated leather uppers.
Both Superstar Lites feature USA-themed colorways, making use of a white, navy and red palette. Denoting their part in the “Americana Pack,” each shoe is adorned by American Flag-filled Trefoil branding on the heel.
