Last night, Dwight Howard took his home court at Orlando’s Amway Center for the 2012 NBA All-Star Game wearing this ‘High Energy’ colorway of his brand new signature adidas basketball shoes, the adiPower Howard 2. Built with the power and explosiveness to match the game of the game’s top vote recipient, the Howard 2 is also Dwight’s lightest signature shoe to date and is equipped with an ALIVE cushioning system to provide optimum comfort for his style of play. A shattered glass graphic is featured throughout the upper as a nod to Dwight’s power and history of rattling backboards. There are also several personalized Dwight elements, such as his signature on the heel, uniform number on the medial side and a Superman-inspired tongue featuring his new “dh” logo.
